Balance. Held by Gabriel on the Day of Judgment. Weighs books containing earthly deeds against the phrase “la illaha ila Allah” (there is no god but God) written on a piece of paper. True faith will outweigh earthly deeds and ensure entry to heaven. Interpreted literally by orthodox opinion, by others as allegory.
